## Description

LKL is Lakselv Airport, Banak (ICAO: ENNA), on the Porsangerfjord in Finnmark, about 1.5 km north of Lakselv village in northern Norway. Operated by state company Avinor, it shares the site with the military Station Group Banak, whose rescue squadron covers the Barents Sea. Widerøe flies daily to Tromsø and Kirkenes, while SAS and Norwegian link Lakselv with Oslo, supplemented by seasonal Northern Lights charters. Its 2,788 m runway is unusually long, but there is no dedicated cargo operation – air freight moves only as belly cargo. Schedulable cargo for Finnmark is handled via Tromsø (TOS) or nearer Alta (ALF, about 120 km).
