## Description

Nine Cuban airports, zero jet fuel: the NOTAM that grounded much of the country's traffic in early 2026 named Ignacio Agramonte International (CMW/MUCM) at Camagüey among them, and the shortage of Jet A-1 was extended to 10 April 2026. The airport lies about 8 km southeast of Cuba's third-largest city and serves Havana plus international links to Miami and Cancún, driven by beach tourism at Santa Lucía and the UNESCO-listed colonial centre.
