A single asphalt strip of about 1,500 metres, runway 07/25, and a terminal a short walk from the village of Fare: that is the infrastructure of Huahine-Fare Airport (IATA HUH, ICAO NTTH) in the Leeward Society Islands of French Polynesia. Air Tahiti serves it with ATR turboprops from Papeete, Bora Bora, Raiatea and Moorea, carrying residents, tourists and whatever freight fits in the hold.
