## Description

Roughly 436,000 passengers passed through Grande Prairie Airport (YQU/CYQU) in 2015, making it the largest field in Alberta's Peace River Country and one of the busier regional airports in the province. Air Canada Express and WestJet fly regional aircraft to Edmonton and Calgary, the Calgary route alone carrying more than 36 weekly frequencies, serving an economy built on gas, oil and agriculture.
