## Description

Originally built to move coffee out of northern Paraná, Londrina's airport grew up with the crop that made the region famous, and the Governor José Richa Airport (LDB) still reflects that agricultural heritage. Since December 2008 it has operated an international cargo terminal (TECA) that clears import and export shipments under customs supervision. Operator CCR Aeroportos is investing around 180 million reais to expand the airport into a regional logistics base with annual capacity for 3.5 million passengers.
