## Description

Roughly 80 communities across East Arnhem Land depend on Gove Airport (GOV/YPGV) for their fastest link to the rest of Australia. Sitting about 15 kilometres from Nhulunbuy, it is run by Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited under an agreement with Rio Tinto, whose bauxite operation underpins the local economy.
