Air Vanuatu is the only operator serving Gaua Island Airport (IATA: ZGU, ICAO: NVSQ) in the Banks Islands of northern Vanuatu, flying light propeller aircraft to Luganville on Espiritu Santo and to Mota Lava; the carrier went into liquidation in May 2024 and restored a reduced domestic network from August 2024.
