## Description

Fritzlar carries an IATA code — FRZ, ICAO ETHF — but no civil flights and no freight at all: the field in northern Hesse is a German Army aviation base, home to Kampfhubschrauberregiment 36 Kurhessen and roughly 1,200 posts within the Division Schnelle Kräfte.
