The full name — Aeropuerto Internacional Brigadier General Antonio Parodi — is grander than the traffic: EQS (ICAO: SAVE) in the Argentine province of Chubut is above all a tourism airport, the gateway to Los Alerces National Park and the La Hoya ski area in the Patagonian Andes. Since early 2026 Aerolíneas Argentinas has been the only carrier serving it, with around 23 arrivals a month from two Argentine airports, and the seasonal Córdoba–Esquel link returned for the 2026 winter season with one weekly rotation in August and September.
