Elmira Corning Regional (ELM/KELM) in Chemung County, New York, is a feeder-scale passenger airport with roughly 21 scheduled arrivals a week and no dedicated cargo terminal. Delta Air Lines and Allegiant Air serve the field, which opened in 1945 and reopened in 2019 after a terminal rebuild costing some USD 60 million; shipments therefore move as belly cargo on passenger aircraft, and no regular freighter operation is confirmed.
