Runway 05R/23L at Edwards Air Force Base (EDW/KEDW) measures about 4,580 m, one of the longest paved strips in the United States, backed by 05L/23R at 3,658 m, shorter secondary runways and the natural lakebed surfaces of Rogers Dry Lake.
