## Description

A cargo terminal of roughly 1,270 square metres — about 350 for handling and 650 for storage — defines the freight ceiling at Dongying Shengli (DOY/ZSDY) in the Yellow River delta of Shandong. The airport reported 1,300,766 passengers and 1,315.8 tonnes of cargo in 2025, a volume generated in the bellies of scheduled flights rather than by freighters, as no all-cargo services or integrator stations are documented on site. The field takes its name from Sinopec's Shengli oilfield, China's second largest by output, and serves the oil and petrochemical economy around it. Carriers including Juneyao Air link Dongying with Beijing, Shanghai and other major cities, and 2025 added the Fuzhou–Dongying–Shenyang and Quzhou–Zhengzhou–Dongying routings plus an Ordos service from 12 August.
