Dolpa Airport (IATA: DOP, ICAO: VNDP), also known as Juphal, sits at about 2,499 metres in Karnali province and is the decisive link to the outside world for the largely roadless Dolpa district of western Nepal. Its single runway 15/33 measures only 663 by 30 metres and admits STOL aircraft alone; Tara Air, Summit Air, Sita Air, Makalu Air and Nepal Airlines operate scheduled and charter services, mainly from Nepalgunj (KEP) and Surkhet (SKH).
