Some 9,191 tonnes of cargo and 1.32 million passengers passed through Depati Amir (PGK) in 2023, with freight down 12.7% year on year — a modest but steady node in Indonesia's domestic network. Operated by Injourney Airports since 1 July 2024, the airport works a single 2,600 by 45 metre runway that accepts narrow-body jets such as the Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
