Chuindia is a jungle airstrip in the Ecuadorian Amazon lowlands of Pastaza province, of the kind that keeps communities without road access supplied. Those flights start from Shell Mera (PTZ) at the foot of the Andes, while commercial air freight for Ecuador is handled at Quito Mariscal Sucre (UIO) and Guayaquil (GYE), where customs clearance also takes place.
