## Description

Air Algérie carries most of what little scheduled traffic Chlef's Aboubakr Belkaid Airport (IATA CFK, ICAO DAOI) sees, essentially the diaspora routes to Paris and Marseille that resumed in September 2022 after a pandemic closure of more than two years. The field lies about six kilometres north of the town in the agricultural Chelif valley of north-west Algeria and is in mixed civil and military use, so the 'international' label describes its status rather than its throughput.
