A runway able to take Cayman Airways' Boeing 737 MAX 8 sets Charles Kirkconnell International (CYB/MWCB) apart from most island fields of its size, yet Cayman Brac's air cargo is limited to belly loads on scheduled passenger flights. The airline flies several daily rotations from Grand Cayman and also uses Saab 340 and DHC-6 Twin Otter equipment, the latter continuing to Little Cayman.
