## Description

Bundibugyo Airport (ICAO HUBU) is an airstrip in western Uganda at the foot of the Rwenzori Mountains, close to the border with the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Light aircraft, government and relief flights use it; it has no IATA code, no scheduled service, no cargo terminal and no customs post. Cocoa, vanilla and palm oil from the district leave by road, while air freight is handled at Entebbe (EBB), Uganda's only international airport with cargo infrastructure.
