## Description

RNN is Bornholm Airport at Rønne, the only airport on Denmark's Baltic island, about 170 km east of Copenhagen. Several carriers serve it — Danish Air Transport (DAT) as the largest, plus SAS, Norwegian and Air Alsie — mainly to Copenhagen and also Billund and Aalborg, together around 150 flights a month. Freight moves only as belly load on passenger aircraft: mail, fresh produce, medicines and urgent goods for the island's roughly 40,000 residents. There is no cargo terminal or freighter service; larger volumes travel by ferry (to Ystad and Køge) or via the cargo gateway at Copenhagen (CPH).
