## Description

Set against the cone of Mayon volcano, Bicol International Airport (DRP) opened in 2021 to replace the cramped old field in Legazpi and now anchors air travel across the Bicol region. Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific concentrate on Manila and Cebu, with tourism around Mayon underpinning passenger demand.
