## Description

IndiGo's twice-daily ATR service to Navi Mumbai (NMI), launched on 29 March 2026 with 14 weekly rotations, is the anchor route at Bhavnagar Airport (BHU/VABV) in Gujarat – and it also defines the freight ceiling. The AAI-operated field has a single runway, 07/25 at 1,920 m, too short for narrowbody or widebody freighters. No dedicated cargo terminal exists; what moves is turboprop belly capacity, meaning courier packets and small accompanying consignments rather than palletised air cargo.
