## Description

Bahovitsa Airfield (LBBA) is a small grass-strip aerodrome at Bahovitsa near Lovech in northern Bulgaria, used for sport, training and agricultural flying. It has no scheduled service, no cargo handling and no customs post, so its importance for air freight is effectively nil. Consignments for the region move through Sofia International (SOF) some 150 kilometres to the southwest, or through Plovdiv (PDV), where freight charters and clearance are available.
