## Description

Baglung Airport (BGL) is a short STOL strip in Nepal's Gandaki Province, used at most sporadically by light aircraft and helicopters. It has no freight handling, no regular scheduled service and no customs function; goods reach Baglung by road from the Pokhara valley. Nepal's air cargo clears at Tribhuvan International (KTM) in Kathmandu, while Pokhara International (PKR) about 70 km east is the nearest developed airport.
