## Description

Aytos is a simple grass strip near the town of the same name in Bulgaria's Burgas province, used for agricultural flying, sport and club aviation. No scheduled service, cargo handling or customs office is established there, so it plays no part in commercial air freight. Air cargo for the Black Sea region moves through Burgas Airport (BOJ) roughly 30 km to the south-east, with Sofia (SOF) handling larger volumes and intercontinental connections, while the port of Burgas covers sea freight.
