## Description

Owned by Saudi Aramco, the company airfield at Ras Khafji south of Khafji in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province supported general aviation for oilfield logistics in the Saudi–Kuwaiti Neutral Zone, though it appears no longer to be in active use. It offers a runway of roughly 1,742 by 21 metres plus helipads, but no cargo terminal and no public scheduled service, so it carries no commercial freight role. Staff and shipments today generally move through Kuwait International (KWI) about 100 kilometres north, or King Fahd International in Dammam (DMM).
