Where Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina meet, Aeropuerto Internacional Guaraní (AGT) plays a role few South American airports do: a purpose-built cargo field rather than a passenger showpiece. Located in Minga Guazú about 22 km from Ciudad del Este, it dedicates Terminal B entirely to freight, with a large warehouse and modern handling equipment.
