The company belongs to the Air France-KLM Group and markets its capacity together with KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo under the umbrella brand Air France KLM Martinair Cargo. Operationally, Air France Cargo rests on two pillars. The larger share of capacity comes from the lower deck of the long-haul fleet with Airbus A350, Airbus A330, Boeing 777 and Boeing 787. In addition, two own Boeing 777F (as at 31 December 2025) provide main-deck capacity out of Paris. On the same reference date, Air France operated 43 Boeing 777-300ER and 18 Boeing 777-200ER in passenger service.

The hub is Paris-Charles de Gaulle. The group operates a second hub at Amsterdam Schiphol, served by KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo. Air France Cargo is a member of the SkyTeam Cargo alliance.

The portfolio covers general cargo, express, mail and charter as well as the specialised products Fresh, Pharma, Live, Safe, Art, DGR, Aerospace, Wheels and Care. Ground and flight operations in Paris and Amsterdam are certified to IATA CEIV Pharma. Booking, tracking and documentation run through the myCargo customer portal.
